A guy named Sanchez is the son of Ricky Martin’s sister. He recently revealed that he and the musician had been romantically involved for seven months. When they ended, Martin could not come to terms with it. The singer allegedly began to pursue the guy. After such accusations, the musician could be imprisoned for 50 years.
Sanchez later dropped the charges and admitted under oath that he had never been sexually assaulted by Ricky Martin. But, although the guy denied the accusations, the musician suffered great damage, he lost multimillion-dollar contracts, and his reputation suffered.
Ricky Martin, commenting on the situation, said that it was very painful. For him and his family, the situation has become devastating. And he wants his nephew to find help, start a new life and never hurt anyone else.
