Kung pao chicken

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken fillet, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of starch
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of oil for frying

Preparation:

  • Fry the chicken fillet in oil until golden brown.
  • Add peanuts, red pepper and walnuts, fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and starch. Add to the pan and stir.
  • Add green onions, fry for another 2 minutes. Serve with rice.

Fried shrimps

Ingredients:

  • 500 g shrimp, peeled
  • 1/2 cup starch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Preparation:

  • Dip the shrimp in the egg, then sprinkle with starch.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp until golden brown.
  • Season with salt, pepper and sesame oil. Serve hot.

Chow mein noodles

Ingredients:

  • 200 g egg noodles
  • 200 g chicken fillet, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (broccoli, carrots, peas)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 spoons soy sauce
  • 1 spoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Preparation:

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  • Fry chicken and vegetables in oil until cooked through.
  • Add noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic. Cook over medium heat.
  • Pour in the beaten eggs and stir, cook for another 5 minutes.

Dim sum with pork and cabbage

  • Dim sum dough – 250 g
  • Pork – 200 g, finely chopped
  • Cabbage – 1 cup, cut into thin strips
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Ginger and garlic – 1 tsp each, chopped

Step-by-step preparation:

  • Mix pork, cabbage, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
  • Start forming the dim sums by covering the filling with dough.
  • Boil dim sum in hot water or fry in a pan.

Chaofan with shrimp

Ingredients:

  • Rice – 1 cup, cooked and cooled
  • Shrimp – 250 g
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Peas – 1/2 cup
  • Onion – 1 pc., chopped
  • Soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.

Step-by-step preparation:

  • Sauté onions and shrimp in a large skillet.
  • Add cooked rice, peas and egg.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and stir until the dish is heated through evenly.
