Cutlets with potatoes and mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes, boiled
- 200 g champignons, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, pepper, herbs to taste
- Breadcrumbs
Preparation:
- Fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan until golden.
- Add mushrooms and fry until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Puree the potatoes, mix them, fried mushrooms, herbs, salt and pepper. Form cutlets.
- Roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan until golden brown.
Cutlets with broccoli and quinoa

- Roll them in breadcrumbs and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
Corn cutlets with avocado

- Roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan until golden brown.
