Ratatouille is a classic French dish that has gained popularity all over the world due to its unique taste and aroma. Classic ratatouille
Ingredients:
- 1 kg eggplants
- 500 g zucchini
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary to taste
Step-by-step preparation:
- Cut all vegetables into large cubes or slices.
- Fry each type of vegetable separately in olive oil until golden brown.
- In a large baking dish, place layers of fried vegetables, sprinkle with spices and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes.
Ratatouille Mediterranean style
Ingredients:
- 1 kg zucchini
- 1 kg tomatoes
- 1 kg sweet pepper
- 1 kg potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- Olive oil, salt, pepper, basil
Step-by-step preparation:
- Cut all vegetables into round slices.
- Place them in a mold, sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper and basil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
Ratatouille with lemon and pumpkin
Ingredients:
- 1 kg pumpkin
- 500 g eggplants
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 lemons (juice)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt, pepper, thyme
Step-by-step preparation:
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes and fry in olive oil.
- Add chopped eggplant, onion and tomatoes and continue frying.
- Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and lemon juice.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
Ratatouille with honey and mustard
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg small zucchini
- 1 kg tomatoes
- 2 red onions
- 3 tbsp. spoons of honey
- 2 tbsp. spoons of mustard
- Salt, pepper, rosemary
Step-by-step preparation:
- Cut the zucchini, tomatoes and onions into rings.
- Mix honey, mustard, salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Place the vegetables in a mold, pour over the sauce, and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes.
Ratatouille with curry
Ingredients:
- 1 kg eggplants
- 500 g zucchini
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste
- 1 tbsp. spoon curry
- Salt, pepper, cilantro
Step-by-step preparation:
- Fry the onion and curry in oil.
- Add chopped eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, tomato paste.
- Salt, pepper, sprinkle with cilantro, simmer under the lid until soft.
