Classic baked potato
If you want to treat yourself to delicious potatoes, pay attention to this recipe. Ingredients:
- 4-5 medium sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary (optional)
Step by step preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Cut the potatoes into pieces of approximately the same size.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme (or rosemary).
- Spread the potatoes evenly on an oven tray lined with parchment paper.
- Roast potatoes in preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy.
Baked potatoes with garlic and parsley
This dish has a special aroma and freshness. You will need:
- 4-5 medium sized potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Step by step preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces of approximately the same size.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped potatoes to the bowl and mix thoroughly so that all the pieces are covered with the oil mixture.
- Spread the potatoes evenly on an oven tray lined with parchment paper.
- Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 35-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden and crispy.
Baked potatoes with garlic and parmesan
Add some cheese to your potatoes to make them taste better. Ingredients:
- 4-5 medium sized potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Step by step preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Wash the potatoes and cut into thin slices, not quite to the end, so that they stick together.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and carefully spread the slices apart. Drizzle potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper mixture.
- Bake potatoes in preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan over the baked potatoes and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Garnish baked potatoes with fresh parsley and serve hot.
