- 500 g champignons, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. spoons of butter
- 1 liter chicken or vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Truffle oil for serving
Step-by-step preparation:
- Fry the onion in oil until soft.
- Add the mushrooms and fry until golden.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Step-by-step preparation:

Ingredients:
- 500 g whole champignons
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (such as mozzarella or Parmesan)
- Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for lubrication
Step-by-step preparation:
- Wash and dry the mushrooms, remove the stems.
- Place the mushrooms in a baking dish and brush with olive oil.
