Champignons with garlic and herbs

Ingredients:
- 500 g champignons, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
- Fresh herbs (parsley, dill), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-step preparation:
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add champignons and fry until golden brown.
- Add garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- This dish can be served as a side dish for meat or used as a filling for a sandwich.
Creamy champignon soup with truffle oil

- Fry the onion in oil until soft.
- Add the mushrooms and fry until golden.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Use a blender to puree the soup. Add cream and stir.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a few drops of truffle oil before serving.
Champignons in creamy sauce with pasta

- Fry the onion in butter until translucent, then add the mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the sauce with the boiled pasta. Serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan.
Baked champignons with cheese and herbs
