  • Pitted olives (100 g)
  • Red onion (1 pc.)
  • Olive oil (3 tbsp.)
  • Lemon juice (2 tbsp.)
  • Fresh basil (to taste)

Preparation:

  • Cut the eggplants into circles and fry them on the grill or frying pan.
  • Chop the cherry tomatoes, onions and feta cheese. Add olives.
  • Add fried eggplants to the prepared salad.
  • Season with olive oil, lemon juice and garnish with fresh basil.

  • Walnuts (100 g)

Preparation:
