- 500 g chicken fillet
- 200 g champignons
- 1 onion

- 1 liter chicken broth

Step-by-step preparation:
- Fry the onion until golden, add chopped chicken fillet, fry until golden brown.
- Add chopped mushrooms, fry for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with flour, stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add cream, bring to a boil, salt and pepper, add nutmeg.
- Use a blender to obtain a creamy consistency.
Spicy Chicken Soup with Coconut Milk

- 400 g chicken fillet
- 1 liter chicken broth

- 2 teaspoons red curry paste
- 1 tbsp. spoon of tomato paste
- 1 red pepper
- Lemon and cilantro for serving
Step-by-step preparation:
- Fry the onion, add chopped chicken fillet, fry until golden.
- Add curry paste, tomato paste, stir for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add coconut milk, chopped pepper, cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Add salt to taste and serve with lemon slices and cilantro.
Chicken noodle soup with ginger

- 200 g egg noodles

- 2 carrots

- Salt, pepper, herbs
Step-by-step preparation:
- Fry the onion and garlic until transparent.
- Add chopped chicken fillet and fry until golden.
- Add chopped carrots and ginger and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add egg noodles, cook until noodles are done.
- Salt, pepper, add soy sauce, garnish with herbs before serving.
