  • Rinse the bulgur under cold water to remove excess starch, then strain well.

  • Add bulgur to the pot and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes, then add boiling water and salt if needed for desired consistency, cover and reduce heat to a boil until all liquid is absorbed, which will take about 15 minutes.

Serve with any sauce or Greek yogurt!
