  • Garlic
  • Chilli
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by step preparation:

  • Heat olive oil in a small skillet.
  • Add a little crushed garlic and chili pepper, simmer them a little.
  • Add the tofu to the pan and sauté until golden brown, stirring constantly.
  • Pour in some lemon juice and add the canned tomato paste.
  • Mix everything and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fry the tofu until done.

Ingredients:

  • eggplant – 4 pcs.
  • rice – 1 cup
  • tofu – 250 g
  • carrots – 1 pc.
  • fragrant sweet pepper – to taste
  • bay leaf – 1 pc.
  • salt – to taste
  • pepper – to taste

Cooking:

  • Start by cooking the rice: put the rice in a saucepan, add water, salt and bring to a boil. Simmer the rice for about 15 minutes. Then turn off the fire.
  • In the meantime, finely grate the carrots and put in a saucepan, adding oil. Simmer with all spices for about 5 minutes.
  • Add tofu and a little oil to a saucepan with carrots, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer another 7 minutes.
  • Add boiled rice to saucepan and stir. Add the onion and simmer for another 5 minutes.
