Try this simple recipe to please your loved ones. Ingredients:

  • 500 g new potatoes
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by step preparation:

  • Wash new potatoes and cut into halves or quarters.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the potatoes to the pan and fry until they are golden and crispy.
  • Add minced garlic and rosemary, simmer for 1-2 more minutes.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

  • 500 g new potatoes
  • 1 lemon cut into thin slices
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by step preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Wash new potatoes and cut into halves or quarters.
  • In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, lemon slices, thyme, salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for about 30-40 minutes until potatoes are golden and crispy.

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by step preparation:

  • In a large bowl, combine baby potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, capers and dill.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over salad and mix thoroughly.
