  • 300 g beef, cut into strips
  • 1 cup cooked red beans
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream and guacamole for serving

Step-by-step preparation:

  • Fry the onion in a frying pan until transparent. Add beef and fry until golden.
  • Add beans, tomato paste, cumin and chili powder. Stir and fry until done.
  • Heat the tortillas in a frying pan.
  • Fill each tortilla with the prepared filling and top with cheese.
  • Wrap tortillas and serve with sour cream and guacamole.

Salmon and avocado tacos

Ingredients:

  • 300 g salmon fillet
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of honey
  • Tortillas – 8 pcs.

Step-by-step preparation:

  • Prepare the marinade by mixing sesame oil, soy sauce and honey.
  • Rub the marinade over the salmon and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Grill or fry the salmon until done.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry frying pan.
  • Stuff each tortilla with pieces of salmon, avocado and bell pepper.
  • Roll tortillas into tacos and serve.

Vegetarian quesadillas

  • 300 g champignons, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Creamy sauce for serving

Step-by-step preparation:

  • Fry the onion in a frying pan until golden. Add mushrooms and garlic, fry until mushrooms turn golden.
  • Sprinkle with cumin, salt and pepper to taste and stir.
  • Spread the mushroom and onion mixture on each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and then cover with a second tortilla.
  • Fry the quesadillas in a frying pan over medium heat on both sides until golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Cut into triangles and serve with cream sauce.
