Chicken nuggets in sesame seeds
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup sesame
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, mustard and honey in a bowl.
- Sprinkle chicken strips with salt and pepper.
- Dip the strips into the sauce, then roll them in the sesame seeds.
- Place the strips on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C until golden brown.
Chicken salad with oranges and almonds
Ingredients:
- 300 g boiled chicken breast, diced
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. spoons of Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Greens for decoration
Preparation:
- Combine chicken, oranges and almonds in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and yogurt, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the sauce over the salad and mix well.
- Garnish with herbs and serve.
Chicken rolls with spinach and cheese
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast, it needs to be beaten
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 100g hard cheese (eg cheddar), grated
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
- Fry the spinach in olive oil until reduced in volume.
- Top each breast slice with spinach and some grated cheese, then roll up.
- Secure with toothpicks and fry in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix mustard, garlic and honey. Drizzle the sauce over the rolls before serving.
Chicken salad with avocado and cucumber
Ingredients:
- 400 g boiled chicken breast, diced
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Combine chicken, avocado, cucumber, onion and cilantro in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine olive oil and lime juice.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the salad, salt and pepper to taste.
