Grilled salmon with vegetables
You will need:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 green peppers
- 1 red pepper
- 1 leek
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Step by step preparation:
- Step 1: Cut the vegetables into large pieces and add to a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt and black pepper.
- Step 2: Place the salmon fillets on the grill and grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes per side.
- Step 3: Put the cooked salmon on a plate and add the grilled vegetables. Serve hot.
Salmon with soy sauce and ginger
Prepare the following ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
Step by step preparation:
- Step 1: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar and rice vinegar.
- Step 2: Place the salmon fillets in a large bowl and add the sauce. Flip the fillet so that the sauce evenly covers the entire surface.
- Step 3: Bake the salmon in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
- Step 4: Serve cooked salmon on a plate and drizzle with remaining sauce.
Salmon with couscous and avocado
You will need:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Step by step preparation:
- Step 1: Prepare couscous according to package directions.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
- Step 3: Place the salmon fillets on the grill and grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes per side.
- Step 4: Combine couscous and avocado in a large bowl. Add lemon juice and olive oil dressing and stir.
- Step 5: Place cooked salmon on a plate and top with avocado couscous. Serve hot.
Rolls with salmon
You will need:
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 salmon fillets, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, cut into thin strips
- 1 avocado cut into thin slices
- 4 nori sheets
- Wasabi, ginger and soy sauce for serving
Step by step preparation:
- Step 1: Prepare sushi rice according to package directions.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Add the mixture to the sushi rice and stir.
- Step 3: Roll out each nori sheet on a sushi mat and spread the rice mixture evenly on each sheet.
- Step 4: Arrange the salmon, cucumber and avocado slices on the rice mixture.
- Step 5: Roll up each nori sheet using a sushi mat.
- Step 6: Cut each sushi roll into 6-8 pieces and serve with wasabi, ginger and soy sauce.
