  • 1 teaspoon sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Step-by-step preparation:

  • Prepare the crackers. Heat a frying pan with olive oil. Add bread cubes and fry them until golden brown. Sprinkle them with grated garlic for flavor and refrigerate.
  • Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, anchovies (can be finely chopped) and eggs. Add lemon juice (optional) and stir.
  • Prepare the salad. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Tear them into larger pieces.
  • Assembling the salad. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, croutons and half the Parmesan. Add the prepared sauce and stir thoroughly until all ingredients are coated with the sauce.

Step-by-step preparation:

  • Fry the chicken breasts in a frying pan with olive oil until golden brown and cook until done. Cut the chicken into strips.

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
